I’m Tejae Floyde and my passion is sculpting heart shaped art with meaningful messages for you. Usually the first thing people ask me is “how do you say your first name?”. In case you were wondering… “it’s tee-jay”.
My favorite thing about being an artist is connecting with you. I enjoy hearing your personal stories and making cherished heart treasures to celebrate and honor loved ones. Your stories help create a personal one of a kind keepsake. Each heart I create is made with a lot of love, a bit of my soul and even a little prayer to bless the person who comes into contact with it.
My work has been published in PolymerCafe, 400 Polymer Clay Designs, Progress & Possibilities. I’ve been featured on PolymerClayDaily and in Somerset Studio.
My art studio is in Colorado Springs, Colorado where my husband, Tim and I work and live. It’s impossible not to be inspired here, with the beautiful mountains, clean air and from time to time a little snow. We enjoy traveling to warmer climates like Florida, Hawaii or Mexico for fun. When we’re not working or traveling you might find us with our son, Tim Jr. catching a U2 or Roger Waters concert.
